Xiamen Dexing Magnet Tech Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrated with R&D, manufacturing and service of vacuum instrument and device. The company was established in 1958, and the site covers an area of 73,000㎡, the building area of 35,000㎡, with total assets of RMB 350 million Yuan. The company has 382 employees, and over 60% of employee have bachelor degree or above. The company adheres to the principle of people oriented and evolving of technology. After half century’s development, the company has created cultivating teams that are cooperative and innovative, and has built technology platforms with high starting point and high standard.
Based on the technology of high vacuum, ultra high vacuum and clean vacuum, the company primarily develops and manufactures film coating equipment, nanopowder preparation equipment, vacuum metallurgy, mono crystal furnace, solar photovoltaic, IC, State level key project, oil-free vacuum acquisition systems. Over the years, we utilized our technology and talents, created many major breakthroughs domestically and broke the blockades of technology set by developed countries. The company has been involved in many state level key projects with updated application schemes provide to them, such as the Beijing Positron-Negatron Collision System, Hefei Synchrotron Radiation System, Lanzhou Heavy Ion Accelerator, Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility and “921” project. The company is recognized as High-Tech Enterprise on city and provincial level and has successively won over a dozen National Sci-Tech Progress Awards, over 50 Sci-Tech Progress Awards from CAS and provincial authorities, and holds over 30 National New products and over 80 patents of invention. The company passed the ISO9001 in 2000.
The company successively launched “State Molecular Beam Epitaxy Experimental Base”, “State Multi-function Electron Energy Spectrometer Manufacturing Base”, “Liaoning Precision Instrument R&D Center”, “state Engineering Research Center of Vacuum Instrument and Device” and “State Engineering Lab of Vacuum Technology Equipment”.
The company has established advanced designing, manufacturing and quality management systems, product was designed using 3D software, and the efficiency of product design and manufacturing was further increased by introducing PDM (Product Data Management) and CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning). On the aspect of product quality, the company strictly implements ISO9001 international quality system. The company owns over 100 sets of mechanical equipments, high end numerical control manufacturing center and testing equipments as well as advanced surface process beltline, standard workshop and clean assembly room, and has clear advantage on machining, welding, cleaning, surface processing and vacuum degassing.
