Application
It is applied for smelting high melting point metals or alloy, prepares massive amorphous materials by adopting suction casting method/suction casting method. It is suitable for scientific research and small production of vacuum of metallurgy new materials for colleges, scientific institutions and enterprises.
Composition
The equipment mainly consists of electric-arc furnace vacuum chamber, electric-arc, electric-arc melting power supply, 5 stations water-cooling cupper crucible, rotating manipulator, vacuum suction casting device, magnetic stirring, working gas circuit, system pump, vacuum measurement, electric control system, installation machine and so on.
